CC Cycle

We dealt with Kevin the owner of the CC Cycle Barrhead and I was extremely pleased with the level of service. From our initial phone call to corresponding with emails/text he was excellent. Kevin was able to assist us in purchasing a consigned side by side for a great price. He was able to locate parts and modifications to our unit and even assembled them for us in a timely manner. Parts and labour were sold to us at a very reasonable price. Upon picking up the unit we were charged as discussed. Kevin was helpful in helping us strap in our new unit in our toy hauler and provided some useful tips. I would not hesitate to drive from Edmonton to do business with him again.

This place is old school, mechanics are fabulous, staff upfront are warm, understood what we needed, great about the test drives, worked with us the way we wanted. They do an excellent job of showcasing their product, without excessive pressure to purchase, let the product speak for itself. Only so many places to go, and we would return here for a good price immediately, and more of that great service.

I ordered a new Polaris Ranger SP 570 Northstar from Kevin at CC Cycle in March. Delivery was quick. I am very pleased with the Dealership's great service. They really look after the customer.

The place is very well laid out and inventory is easy to see and inquire about. I bought a used quad at a great price and inquired about a few other quads,snowmobiles and utv's and they were easily thousands of dollars less than other people I know paid for there machines.The salesman Kevin is very knowledgeable about all of his inventory and other machines & accessories available from the aftermarket and all the items I bought were well priced and he was easy to talk to and make a deal with on the things I purchased I arrived just before closing...I got the closing time mixed up by 1/2 a hour and he was more than willing to talk about items and show me the items I was interested in. Overall I would go here anyday if I was looking to purchase other items.

Good price and good service, I'm from near Winnipeg but was out for vacation needed a rear bumper and they got me going and saved me a bunch of money over the price I would have been charged at my local dealer

After checking with other dealers about getting parts that I needed and not being happy with the timeline for receiving them, I called CC Cycle and they had my parts within a few days. When I went to pick them up, the service was great and Jessica was happy to serve me. Even though it is quite a bit further for me to go, I will definitely be using them again!

My son Recently bought a used Honda CBR 500 his first ever bike from them. Kevin and his staff were like family and guided in every step of the way and Jacob delivered it to us in Edmonton with care and even gave few tips on how to maintain the bike. Will go back in future for servicing and maybe pick up another bike.

I bought a new 2019 Suzuki DR 650 from CC Cycle in late summer. They went above and beyond with a great price plus they searched for the right accessories and gave me their professional feed back on the ones we picked. They were installed and ready to go when I picked it up.The first service was a breeze as well, very professional with small town charm thrown in.
