Hi, we came to visit salesperson Neel to Port Dover from Toronto to buy a boat motor. When we met Neel, i found out that he is very a positive professional. He explain everything about motors with a good recommendations. I bought a motor according to the Neel 's advise, and it was a BEST deal in all Ontario, it was a motor from Yamaha. Also i purchased there a new Sail board according to the Neel's advice, with a Best price and quality available, i am so happy about it.Now we think that the long trip from Toronto to Port Dover worth it, and i think if i will be in need of anything else i will come back to Neel. All staff there were helpful and knowledgeable. I saw in Neel not only a salesperson but a good friend of us, because he was talking to us like his friends. I highly recommend this shop , especially salesperson Neel. Thank you.

The folks at Bridge Yachts helped me out last summer big time! Long story short, I had 80 plus litres of fuel flood my bilge from an error at another shop. Steve (Owner) dropped everything, came out and drained the fuel etc.. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again guys!

Very poor customer service.Long story short (sort of) I took my 4 year old 9.8 Tohatsu motor to Bridge Yachts on July 14th as it was not running properly. I spoke with them about 4 times by phone during the first week . They thought maybe the head was bad somehow but said that Tohatsu very rarely warranties a head. I told them I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on it if that was the case.I did not hear from them again until September 3 when they left a message on the answering machine saying that the motor was fixed. Unknown to me during all that time, they apparently had torn the engine down completely and rebuilt it. Apparently, someone (maybe passing through the shop) had the idea that the exhaust was blocked. Sure enough, they found nesting material (mouse?) inside. My bill was $1440.95 for a 4 year old motor that I bought new for $2400. If they had not mis-diagnosed the problem, I would have been happy to pay a third of that.The fact that no—one called me to say that they haven’t solved the problem in a reasonable time and that it didn’t look like it was a warranty issue would at least have made me aware and have given me the opportunity to make the decision to continue or not.Needless to say, there will be no future business with Bridge Yachts as even a non-mechanic such as myself can trouble shoot with parts and trial and error. You would think that at $150/hour shop charges they would have to-notch technicians, not so!Finally I think their business model can be summed up in their name, Bridge Yachts, as only rich people can blindly write cheques for their services, certainly no seniors on a fixed income.

We bought our first boat, a Stanley, from Ed. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us boating “rookies”. He went over and above with us. We will be lifelong customers!

Bridge Yachts Ltd have done great things for Port Dover. There live camera feed is amazing. Our son is in Spain and was watching us at a concert at the museum

I recently purchased a new outboard from Bridge Yachts and was very pleased with how I was treated. Neil of Bridge Yachts answered all my questions and was very helpful when I picked up the motor. They make sure you are a happy customer and even prepped the motor with a full inspection beforehand!I can not say enough about the customer service I received....highly recommend Bridge Yachts for all your boating needs!

I'm relatively new to the waves and all few years in and out. Keep quiet. Love my zodiac. I don't think that there's another place I would actually go actually. Not sure that there is another place I would go. These are awesome. Always great service always seem to have what I want and ugly enough. Always seem to find things I didn't know I need. Anyhow, we'll always be back as they've helped me quite a bit regardless of being a noob.

I have had totally positive experiences dealing with Neil and the Bridge Yatch team in the past two years - so much so that i returned this year to purchase more of my needs. Their prices are very competitive and they stand behind any promises they make

I stumbled upon Bridge Yachts while searching for a new 21ft Stanley Islander online. What an incredible experience which left me feeling like family. Ed and staff are unlike any sale’s experience I’ve ever had before.I did reach out to other dealers and felt like I was wasting their time as I am also a female buyer which I am sure is a uncommon event.Well, this wasn’t the case at Bridge Yachts. Ed answered my call, we talked at length as thou we had known each other for years.I bought my Stanley 21 Islander sight unseen as I knew what I was looking for.Today I received my boat and finally had the chance to meet this gentleman and his lovely wife.Bravo Ed and staff
